Ep. 46: Redefining Resilience and Learning to Give Yourself Grace

Episode 46: In this episode, Amanda discusses her recent struggles with creativity and mental health. She shares her experiences with intrusive thoughts, but the main theme of the conversation is resilience and grace in the face of traumatic experiences. Amanda explores different examples of resilience, including dealing with illness, divorce, and caregiving. Amanda reflects on her experience watching her mother care for a sick friend and the perspective Amanda gained regarding managing stress and maintaining one’s adaptability.
