Episode 44: In this episode, Amanda discusses how to crucial it is to define your own self-worth, and not seek it out in others, especially in romantic relationships. She also discusses how toxic “breadcrumbing” can be in your relationships; briefly touches on the emotional, mental, and physical abuse she experienced in her past relationships; and how she used to justify her self-worth to emotionally or physically unavailable people. Ultimately, the key message of this week’s episode is to remember to never give away your power to manipulative or overly controlling people in your life.
